My fiance and I visited Francesca’s for the first time recently and were very impressed! The interior is classy and the atmosphere was perfect for date night. The staff were welcoming, attentive and professional. We were delighted to know that the kitchen is happy to fulfill off-menu requests. Lastly, the food was superb! I highly recommend the crispy brussels sprouts!! We will definitely be back soon.
I went on Thanksgiving for the first time, not knowing what to expect. From the moment hit the door, the service was outstanding. Stephen the manager and Gina the waitress showed kindness, a sense of humor, and just a tiny bit of sass, though it was kind too. Gina deserves an extra shout out for her sense of humor and outstanding service. The stuffing was phenomenal!
Johann made a wonderful experience memorable! I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years. I live out of town, but make it a point to visit here when I’m in town. The food was delicious! They even made my favorite pizza off menu. The service was the star. This is a place where you can feel like home. Thank you all for the extraordinary effort!! We need a Francesca’s in Omaha!!
We had a really great experience at Francesca’s, and Stephan was a big reason why. He was welcoming from the start and made us feel comfortable right away, which set the tone for the whole night. He knew the menu well, gave us solid recommendations, and checked in at all the right times without ever feeling overbearing. Everything felt smooth and easy, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the experience he provides. Between the great food, relaxed atmosphere, and Stephan’s service, it made for such an enjoyable night out we’ll definitely be back and would recommend asking for him.
Giana was amazing and incredibly sweet! She showed my 84 year old Grammy to her seat and WALKED her to the bathroom. Giana was absolutely amazing, I cannot say enough good things about her. The wait staff was also very polite and attentive. The food was so delicious 10000/10. I will return again and will recommend to my friends as well!!
A wonderful venue for our bridal shower. This is our second time hosting a shower at Fracescas. The Berry Bar went well with our Berry theme. Loved that the bride-to-be got to pick out a customized menu for guests. Nice selections. Great food and decor. Was so very special. Staff was helpful in providing a cart and easel. Meal was served well and tasted great. All so good! Nicely arranged in area for our group of 25. And they boxed up leftovers for us.
Great service. Great atmosphere. Only item that I found lacking in flavor were the meatballs, but that's just my own opinion. Everything else was so DELICIOUS! Rigatoni with the vodka sauce. Salmon plate. And the lemon olive oil cake. They also brought out a plate with ice cream and a candle for my birthday. Thank you everyone at Francesca's!!!
I had the pasta with vodka sauce and it was delicious and I had a strawberry basil lemonade, and it was a bit too sweet but still also very good. All the workers were so nice every single one of them was telling me to have a good day and checking up on me probably like at least six of them very nice employee employees would come back. Parking was easy to find on the street.
The food was absolutely delicious and every item we tried was full of flavor. Each dish felt carefully prepared and truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back again without a second thought. The restaurant has a very warm and pleasant vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or a relaxed family outing. The outdoor seating option is also a lovely bonus and adds to the overall experience.
